These are the Best Employers in Morocco

Rabat - For people who are in search of their dream jobs, a list of the best employers in Morocco has just been revealed.

The list of the best employers in Morocco was conducted by the Best Companies institute in partnership with the consulting firm Lycom and the Ministry of Employment and Social Affairs.

The classification of the best companies in corporate Morocco was divided into two categories: big companies and small or medium companies.

INWI topped the category of big companies as the best employer in Morocco.

According to daily newspaper Aujourdu'hui Le Maroc, the telecommunications operator has more than 1,000 employees. The company has been awarded the first prize in the first category for "its proximity, simplicity and boldness, which are the foundations of corporate culture."

The second largest employer of the year is HP CDG IT Service Maroc. The same source added that the company offers its employees "good career opportunities and a strong internal mobility and continuous training."

Jacobs Engineering SA completed the top three in the first category, mainly due to "the learning opportunities and developments they provide to employees."

Overall, nine companies have been awarded in the "big companies" category, including Lafarge Maroc, Wafasalaf, Full Fashion (MARWA) and Al Amana Microfinance.

Moroccan subsidiary of the Swedish giant Ericsson has been named "Best Employer" in the Small & Medium Companies category.

According to the organizers, "the company offers its 200 employees a motivating work environment that combines passion, skills and experience."

Ericsson Maroc was followed by EMC computer systems, DHL express Maroc, Arval and Bayer. These companies received awards for "the quality of management and their ability to create environments which contribute to the development of employees."
