Rabat - Rabat will have the longest cable-stayed bridge in Africa by the end of 2015.
With a total length of 950 m, the bridge will connect the two banks of Bourgereg River.
The Rabat Bridge is expected to become the highest bridge in the African continent with 160 meters in height.
The project will cost an estimated 640 million Dirhams. It will be jointly financed by Autoroutes du Maroc and the World Bank.
