Casablanca - A Peruvian national was arrested at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca with 1.6 kilograms of cocaine, customs services said on Monday.
The cocaine was found in the stomach of the Peruvian national who arrived to Casablanca onboard a flight from Sao Paulo, a customs official told MAP.
The man was handed to justice for further investigation on drug trafficking charges.
Last month, a Spanish national was arrested at the same airport in possession of 4.6 kilograms of cocaine.
